Job Description:

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Customer Experience Functional Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Delivering an outstanding customer experience for customers
Growing your financial services expertise as you develop deep subject mastery of financial concepts
Driving projects specifically related to a CX entity that require CX Ops agents input and feedback
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Active FINRA Series 7 and S63 Licenses with an ability to quickly put brokerage knowledge into action
Active FINRA Series 9/10 or S24 Licenses to aid in SOP sign off and completion, or the equivalent
Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
Effectiveness and willingness to adapt to CX experience delivery through collaboration
Ability to quickly win others over and build solid cross-functional relationships
Organizational and effective time management skills with high attention to detail
