Apply today and learn more about this exciting role.Responsibilities- Administrate Accounts Receivable- Additional special projects if necessary- Draw up subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement- Sustain monthly accounting close- Arrange sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments- Oversee monthly accounting close- Assemble monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents- General ledger- Capable in credit card management and reconciliation- Keep Accounts Payable up to date
