DEPARTMENT: Finance REPORTS TO: Chief Financial Officer, VP of
Corporate Services FLSA STATUS: Hourly, Non-Exempt LOCATION:
Paterson POSITION SUMMARY: Manages and coordinates a variety of
organization-wide internal and external projects and events within
budget and scope. Also provides a high level of general and
confidential administration support services to the Chief Financial
Officer. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate activities,
resources, equipment, information and contractors to plan,
implement and execute assigned projects. Work with internal and
external resources to identify and define projects requirements,
scope, objectives, resources and responsibilities. Ensure that all
projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, and
to manage changes to the project scope and timeline. Measure
project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report
and escalate to executives as needed. Successfully manage the
relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Create and
maintain comprehensive project documentation. Supports preparation
of operational audits and grant materials, internal and external
reporting requirements, and requests for information and data.
Responsible for administrative duties such as preparing
correspondences, managing calendars and meeting schedules,
preparing for meetings, and other administrative support as
assigned. Other duties as assigned. COMPETENCIES: Collaborative

abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision
and ability to adjust focus. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong written and
verbal communication skills. Strong drive to provide excellent
customer service and experience, with an awareness of
prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, budget, and time.
Interpersonal and organization skills. Proficient in Microsoft
Office. Proficient in healthcare analytics or willingness to learn
healthcare analytics and data mining.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: Bachelor’s degree in
related field (healthcare, business, finance) 1 – 2 years of
project coordination experience preferred
