other factors.**Job Description**USB's Centralized Stress Testing
Oversight (CSTO) function includes the responsibility of a
qualitative function responsible for the successful execution and
continued development of USB's annual capital stress testing
process.The Capital Stress Testing Financial Technical Writer will
assume a key role on the CSTO Qualitative team responsible for the
writing, drafting and reviewing of program deliverables, as well as
executing CSTO's stress testing communication strategy, supporting
critical capital planning-related enhancements and pre-cycle and
in-cycle activities with various business line, functional and
program stakeholders to achieve strategic CCAR program goals.The
successful candidate will participate in writing, drafting,
reviewing and coordinating the completion of deliverables for
stress testing exercises (including meeting materials, minutes,
executive summaries and other key supporting documentation and
managerial reporting system activities) and provide regular and
on-going support to the oversight function in CCAR-related
communications, presentations and execution activities. In
addition, the incumbent will also execute on CSTO strategies,
develop communication tools, training materials and guidance for
program stakeholders to influence action, improve program
efficiency and help ensure that program frameworks / policies /
processes remain aligned with regulatory expectations and industry
best practices. The Capital Stress Testing Financial Technical
Writer will also assist with the identification, planning and
implementation of program enhancements and assist with regulatory
remediation activities, as
necessary.Responsibilities:_Pre-Production Activities_+ Execution
of CSTO strategy, including development and implementation of
effective communication tools for program activities (training,
procedures, guidance, templates, etc.)+ Play an active role in the
development of stakeholder training plans and working with
stakeholders to set appropriate qualitative deliverable timelines+
Document enhanced program frameworks / policies / processes at the
direction of management and consistent with organizational
initiatives, regulatory expectations and industry leading
practices+ Support the on-going management and maintenance of CSTO
policies, frameworks and unique submission summaries; identify
opportunities for enhancement, efficiencies and/or to ensure
internal consistency across documentation for the program+ Support
program enhancement initiatives end-to-end (including planning,
project management, execution and communication activities)+
Support the summarization of regulatory notices (e.g., SR letters,
NPRs, Final rules, etc.) and annual CCAR instructions conveying any
changes to qualitative or quantitative requirements_Production
Activities_+ Create, review, collect and aggregate stress testing
documentation required for submissions, including the Company's
Capital Plan and Methodology and Process Overview documentation+
Participate in CCAR review and challenge meetings, including
creating and coordinating the preparation of meeting materials,
completing minutes and tracking follow-up completion to reflect
management challenges and submission-related conclusions+ Oversee
and support completion of in-cycle stress testing oversight
activities within the model management system, including reviewing
entries and documentation+ Assist with final submission packaging
and certification tracking activities_Post-Production Activities_+
Support documentation of off-cycle stress testing activities
(idiosyncratic scenarios, working group meeting minutes, etc.)+
Support activities associated with the annual CCAR examination
including the drafting of meeting materials (e.g., decks, agendas,
etc.), drafting/reviewing responses and other supporting
documentation+ Support, as needed, CCAR examination remediation
activities including efforts associated with remediation planning
and documentation, etc.+ Assist with the coordination and
documentation of CCAR Examination Post Mortems and program
enhancement initiativesBasic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree, or
equivalent work experience- Eight to ten years of experience in
project management activitiesPreferred Skills/Experience:+ Proven
financial, written, project management and communication
capabilities+ Strong organizational and analytical skills+
Experience developing organizational frameworks, policies and
procedures for a regulated financial institution+ Strong working
knowledge of CCAR regulatory requirements (i.e., Capital Plan Rule,
Federal Reserve Bank's SR 15-19), as well as broad and direct
capital management expertise+ Demonstrated business knowledge of
banking-related products and services+ Ability to identify and
resolve exceptions and to analyze data+ Demonstrated leadership

.Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the
primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for
work in a different location. Pay Range: $78,200.00 - $92,000.00 -
