Job Description:
Associate Manager, Business Analytics for Stryker Corporation in
Portage, MI to Develop technology strategy and solution stack to enable
end-to-end, scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data
analysis, model development, model validation and model implementation
(10%). Respond to customer requests for pricing master data, pricing
master files and data cleansing as it relates to their pricing across all
divisions (5%). Develop and deepen collaboration with IT and other members
of Business Intelligence/Solution Development functions to drive
innovative analytics and data science solutions, including data, tools,
methods, and infrastructure (5%). Serve as a key resource for Business
Analytics projects as directed by the leadership team, including
business intelligence initiatives and delivery of analytical information
and tools to the various Business Units and Sales teams across MedSurg
group (20%). Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions to
interface with business customers, gathering requirements and delivering
complete reporting solutions (10%). Responsible for data modeling,
analysis and compilation of quantitative/qualitative data (5%). Develop
automated tools and dashboards to provide real-time insights to business data
(15%). Design Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) solutions for data
integration from multiple systems into manageable data warehouses into analytic
data models (5%). Implement the analytical approaches and methodologies and
present insight and recommendations to management for decision making
and strategic planning. Establish strategic goals by gathering, evaluating and
acting on pertinent business, financial, service, and operations
information (10%). Act as a process owner responsible for the successful
development, deployment, and continuous improvement of the assigned business
process (10%). Drive process improvement and help guide system updates
in coordination with team and when necessary collaboration with
relevant stakeholders such as IT or divisional contacts (5%). Requires:
Bachelor's degree or foreign education equivalent in Accounting, Finance,
Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Business Administration or Information
Systems plus five (5) years of experience analyzing sales, accounting and
finance data, including writing SQL scripts, for the healthcare industry
or, alternatively, a Master's degree and three years of experience
as noted above. Specific skills/other requirements: planning, designing
and implementing end-to-end reports and dashboards solutions
using visualization technologies, including Power BI, Tableau, Azure
analytics suite, SSRS or QlikView (3+ years); acting as a power user of
the Model N or Revitas revenue management solutions (3+ years); designing
and implementing data models and OLAP/OLTP schemas (3+ years);
developing ETL in SSIS or Informatica, including writing SQL procedures and
functions (3+ years); and integrating data objects from ERP and related
boundary systems using data warehousing concepts (3+ years). Submit resume to
