An earned doctorate in Organizational Leadership or related field
Strong record of teaching adult learners in higher education
A record of exemplary work experience in competency-based education delivery and assessment
A demonstrated commitment to establishing and maintaining collegial relationships
Interest in continuously exploring and mastering new technology
