Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This full-time special education teaching position
offers an opportunity to work with students from Kindergarten
through 5th grade in a resource setting. The role is based in Mt.
Clemens, MI, with a contract duration from ASAP through June. This
assignment is ideal for educators holding a valid Michigan Special
Education (MI SPED) license who are passionate about supporting
children with diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities: -
Provide specialized instruction and support to students in
Kindergarten to 5th grade within a resource classroom. - Develop
and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with
state requirements. - Collaborate with general education teachers,
parents, and support staff to create an inclusive learning
environment. - Monitor student progress and adjust teaching
strategies to meet individual needs. - Ensure compliance with all
applicable special education laws and regulations. Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan Special Education (MI SPED) teaching license. -
Experience working with elementary-aged children in a special
education resource setting. - Strong knowledge of special education
best practices and individualized instruction. - Excellent
communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage a
caseload effectively within a full-time schedule. Location and
Schedule: - Position based in Mt. Clemens, MI. - Full-time hours,
serving students from Kindergarten to 5th grade. - Contract
