Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Midland,
TX, supporting a dynamic school environment with a student caseload
of 60-65. This role involves onsite work with opportunities to
supervise up to two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required. Key
Responsibilities: Provide speech-language pathology services to
students in a school setting. Manage a caseload of 60-65 students
with varying speech and language needs. Oversee and mentor SLPAs to
ensure quality service delivery. Collaborate with educators and
parents to support student communication goals. Maintain accurate
documentation and compliance with all licensing and school
requirements. Qualifications: Current SLP license valid for
practice. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
Experience working in school-based settings. Ability to supervise
SLPAs effectively. Strong communication and organizational skills.
Bilingual skills are an asset, though not mandatory. Location:
Midland, Texas (onsite position) Additional Information: Position
