experienced Tooling Engineers. These organizations value long-term

tailored to your goals. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and
modify manufacturing tooling, jigs, and fixtures. Oversee the
maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of production tooling
assets. Troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related issues to optimize
production efficiency and product quality. Collaborate with
engineering and production teams to implement tooling improvements
and cost reductions. Manage external tooling suppliers, ensuring
quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery. Support new
product introduction (NPI) by designing and validating new tools
and processes. Maintain accurate documentation for tooling
specifications, drawings, and maintenance records. Recommended
Qualifications Expertise in tool design principles for molds, dies,
jigs, and fixtures. Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g.,
SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam). Strong understanding of
manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, stamping, CNC
machining). Knowledge of various tooling materials, heat
treatments, and surface finishes. Demonstrated ability to
troubleshoot and optimize tooling performance and lifespan. Bonus
Qualifications Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) or
mold flow simulation software. Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
certification/experience. Proficiency in CAM software for tool path
generation. Experience with additive manufacturing (3D printing)
