This position involves leading the design and commissioning of electrical systems for complex projects, with a focus on power distribution (including essential electrical systems), lighting, and special systems such as fire alarm, nurse call, and data/telecom infrastructure. The successful candidate will serve as a technical mentor, provide quality oversight, and work directly with clients to ensure innovative, code-compliant, and cost-effective solutions. We're looking for a strategic thinker and team leader who can thrive in a casual but client-focused culture, balance technical excellence with project delivery, and bring curiosity, creativity, and accountability to every challenge. Requirements: 4-year Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical or Architectural) 15 years of experience in Electrical Engineering is expected, but shall be capable of obtaining professional engineering licensure Professional Engineer License Business Development experience Operations/Management experience over engineers or entire office operations Interested in hearing more?
