Job Description:
+ Serve as customer operational expert for all aspects of top
tier assigned customers for both for existing and potential areas
of partnership
+ Serve as customer operational expert for all aspects of top tier
assigned customers for both for existing and potential areas of
partnership.
+ Coordinate operational and strategic activities internally to
improve customer experience and strengthen corporate processes
across Onboarding, Support, Sales, Customer Experience, Business
Intelligence, Product, IT, Customer Communications, Billing, &
Finance
+ Maintain and expand relational footprint within assigned clients,
focus but not limited to, on Manager, Director, and VP contacts
+ Create and deliver Business Reviews with all assigned clients per
corporate guidelines
+ Meet assigned goals for vertical, revenue retention and growth
within assigned accounts
+ Maintain accuracy of customer documentation in all corporate
repositories such as Pivotal, Salesforce, Siebel, Qualtrics, and
Contract Administration
+ Serve as escalation point for operational disruption across all
defined areas of partnership
What are the requirements needed for this position?
+ Bachelor's degree in related area of study or equivalent
experience
+ 7+ years' experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management
and/or Account Management.
+ Must have demonstrated experience upselling, cross-selling to
existing clients
+ Must have Payer or Provider/Hospital account management/client
retention experience with payment integrity, payment accuracy,
audit recovery, chart audit, post pay and pre-pay audit and/or
Fraud Waste Abuse is preferred.
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
+ We are open to candidates with: Payer account management
experience in clinical decision support and/or utilization
management, Medicare Risk Adjustment, Population Health,
Member/Membership Engagement
+ Proven track record of successful management, service and/or
revenue retention activities for complex customers or projects
+ Preferred experience working with large managed care
organizations or large integrated care delivery systems
+ Professional and effective communication skills required
including comfort with conversations that create clarity and
improve collaboration at all levels within complex and diverse
organizations
+ Highly organized and capable of driving multiple projects to
completion simultaneously
+ Successful track record of working as a part of dynamic,
fast-paced and growing teams that are results oriented and
collaborative
+ Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making
skills
+ Experience with Excel, CRM tools, and Net Promoter Score
preferred
+ Master's Degree preferred

How much should I expect to travel?
+ You will be required to travel 50%. Current State: We are all
working virtual now.
+ This is a remote/virtual position
+ Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to
qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own
personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for
reimbursement
