Staffing has a Member Experience Manager position available in the
Lansing, MI area.
Direct hire opportunity located at our client location who is an
established financial institution. Salary range is $60k to $80k.
Hours are: M - F (7am - 7pm) / Sat (9am - 1pm) The Member
Experience Manager is passionate about leading, inspiring and
empowering others to build engaging relationships with members,
communities, and partners to promote sustainability. This person is
agile and thrives on coaching and developing others. They excel at
inspiring team members to engage with members to understand needs
and deliver solutions to meet financial goals and enhance financial
wellbeing. They are committed to delivering the best Member
Experience to members, while ensuring operational excellence in the
Relationship Center and/or Contact Center. As part of the Team,
person will have a strong sense of teamwork and will collaborate
with others to empower wellbeing and multiply positive impact.
Member Experience Managers will be an advocate for members, team
members, and the communities served while helping to reach and
exceed company goals and implement strategic initiatives.
-Provide leadership and coaching to the team, enhance wellbeing for
both internal and external
members while ensuring an excellent member experience, operational
excellence and goal
-Coach, mentor and lead team members to deepen member relationships
and assist members on their financial wellbeing journey to advance
-Promote teamwork to encourage employee engagement and empower team
members with the necessary knowledge, tools and resources to
provide outstanding service to members.
-Demonstrate outstanding communication skills when providing
professional responses to complex and/or sensitive topics and
-Think creatively and use sound judgment when investigating and
resolving situations, while striving to obtain an unbiased
resolution and assure a high degree of member satisfaction.
-Provide direction on all operational aspects of the relationship
center, including audit procedures, cash handling, security, and

-Expand and grow strong collaborative relationships among peers,
