Due to our rapid growth, we are looking to expand our virtual Recruiting Team.As a Manager in our Talent Services team at Sevenstep, you will lead a team of unbounded sourcing and recruiting professionals that provide an unrivalled quality of service to our varied portfolio of industry-leading client businesses. Our Managers are responsible for employee development and training, acting as an essential mentor and coach, as well as leading day-to-day delivery oversight of our recruitment services. As such, Managers are responsible for the productivity and quality of their team's work and are the first point of escalation for client concerns.We are seeking interested candidates to come onboard in a virtual/remote setting. Our client dedicated teams are on the cutting edge of recruiting, delivering quality candidates for the hardest-to-fill positions around the globe. This global, virtual network is supported with all the necessary tools and technology to foster collaboration and ensure both client and employee satisfaction.**As a Manager within Talent Services, you will:**+ Hold monthly goal setting and accountability meetings+ Monitor and drive team productivity in order to achieve assigned gross margin targets+ Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with all direct reports to review all requisitions+ Conduct morning spotlight meeting with teams to set daily goals and priorities+ Review reports daily to identify aged and aging requisitions and establish and execute action plans for resolution+ Conduct quality assurance checks on employees' work to ensure documented standards are met+ Develop strong relationships with client contacts at various levels+ Hold regular and ad-hoc meetings with client contacts to provide operational updates and discuss and resolve service issues and escalations+ Serve as primary point of escalation for hiring manager complaints or concerns+ Mentor, coach and discipline direct reports to ensure ongoing growth and development+ Create and monitor individual development and training plans including ensuring appropriate certifications are completed+ Assist with the recruiting of team members as needed**Ideally, you will:**+ Possess 3+ years' experience with full-cycle recruiting preferably in a Recruitment Process Outsourcing environment within the client's specific industry or 3+ year experience working as a Sevenstep employee+ Demonstrate proven ability to motivate and lead a team+ Communicate confidently and effectively in person, over the phone, and online+ Possess strong conflict management, good judgement and diplomacy skills+ Show strong project and budget management skills+ Have developed strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently+ Demonstrate problem solving ability, analytical and critical thinking skills+ Collaborate and operate well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment+ Be effective at building strong relationships+ Possess a strong work ethic and sense of commitment+ Demonstrate strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint-or similar office suite)+ Have experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems+ Familiarity with EEOC and OFCCP compliance+ Hold an Associate or Bachelor's degree.
