Working closely with our industry-focused sales organization, you will be a key advocate for our customers in the Mining, Metals, and Materials industries and the value we deliver. In your role, you will create bespoke messaging for different buying personas at our target customers which speaks to the unique challenges of their industry and illustrates how our software solutions can address their needs.This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, project management, and cross-organizational collaboration. Experience working directly in or closely with customers in the Mining, Metals, and Materials industry is required. Additional experience with Pulp, Paper, Wood and other process industries is a plus. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with our strategic partner, Schneider Electric. A working knowledge of Value Proposition Creation, SEO, SEM, and Inbound & Outbound Marketing best practices is a key enabler for success.Responsibilities: You will Monitor industry trends (i.e. regulations, technology trends, macroeconomic conditions, business conditions, challenges) and terminology, and act as industry subject matter expert Conduct market and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue and market share. Leverage buyer insights to create compelling and consistent messaging and content across multiple communication channels for higher engagement and conversion rates Collaborate with designers, writers, product marketers, sales professionals, external influencers and industry subject matter experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience and grows our subscriber base. Define and prioritize buyer personas and journey maps to drive audience-centric messaging, content and campaigns that convert at higher rates and grow marketing-influenced pipeline Blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote our offers and the value propositions we deliver to the industry to attract site visitors through search, social media, gated content and email subscribers. Work with the sales and business development teams to develop compelling customer presentations and other sales enablement tools for knowledge transfer to the sales force programs to maximize sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and close rates. Work globally with regional marketing leads to ensure their industry marketing needs are met to enable their campaign activities within countries and regions. Collaborate with AVEVAs strategic partners and alliances, such as Schneider Electric and Microsoft, to develop compelling joint value propositions in our target vertical segments. Help AVEVA customers tell their success stories from their digital transformation initiatives through customer advocacy activities such as testimonials, event presentations, and webinars. Use SEO strategies and tactics including the use of keywords to drive organic traffic to our digital content and creating inbound links, as well as monitoring how to improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click through rates, traffic, and conversions.Requirements: BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience A strong working knowledge of value proposition creation and digital marketing techniques Experience working directly in or closely with customers in the Mining, Metals, and Materials industry is required. Additional experience with Pulp, Paper, Wood and other process industries is a plus. A track record of producing engaging content for the web and other digital communication channels such as blogs, videos, and social content. Experience building audiences online. Strong communication skills and a comfort with public speaking. A dual-minded approach: highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions and optimize results Ability to operate in a highly-matrixed organizational environment in a collaborative fashion.
