Description****The Marketing Customer Communications Manager is an
exceptionally great writer that executes written communication
strategy to fulfill customer retention goals. This person knows how
to build customer loyalty and position a company as a trusted
advisor using multiple communication mediums. The ideal candidate
has hands-on corporate experience working with cross-functional
teams to execute editorial strategy and has a passion for
innovation.****Primary Duties****eNewsletter production and content
development** :+ Is a strategic thinker with the ability to
communicate effectively verbally, visually and in writing+ Knows
what questions to ask subject matter experts to uncover great
stories+ Can weave value propositions into creative storytelling to
drive customer action+ Skilled at subject line writing, headline
writing, editing and knows AP Style**Develop and adhere to sound
processes** :+ Independently prioritize projects, manage deadlines
and develops editorial calendars to support eNewsletter production
and distribution+ Creates systems for ensuring accountability to
all internal stakeholders+ Works collaboratively with legal and
compliance teams to deliver results at the speed of
business**Manage editorial boards** :+ Comfortable leading and
taking direction from advisory teams (strong interpersonal skills)+
Translates stakeholder business goals into executable results+ Uses
analysis to measure and report communication campaign results+
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical
deadlines in fast-paced, high-pressure environment**Education and
experience required:**+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work
experience+ Around 7 years of experience translating complex
concepts into engaging stories. Must demonstrate a strength in
writing for a variety of audiences and be prepared with writing
samples+ Experience producing multiple articles from idea to
completion within a 3 - 5 day window of time+ Working knowledge of
digital eNewsletter platforms (SalesForce Marketing Cloud and/or
basic coding knowledge a plus)+ Must demonstrate well-executed,

.The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location,
which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ
based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank
offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and

Range: $81,345.00 - $95,700.00 - $105,270.00This is an Elavon
