Pathways team in Lansing, MI! The Director of Clinical Services is
responsible for supervising and managing clinical services on a
local level. This individual will oversee the day-to-day clinical
operations to ensure Pathways implements clinical care according to
its policies and procedures, "best practices" in the industry, and
in response to patient and stakeholder needs. This position
generally carries out responsibilities in the following areas:
ensure efficient operations of the Pathways Autism Center (PAC),
quality review of ABA services, provide staff supervision, and
reinforce Pathways policies and procedures. Essential Duties Manage
and maintain assigned clinical cases. Participate in developing
articulated clinic goals, objectives, and systems. Manage
administrative staff in task assignment, completion, and
performance. Collaborate with Pathways internal and external
departments - clinical, finance, accreditation, etc in the
development and implementation of programs and policies regularly.
Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure credentialing,
government regulations, and compliance requirements are met. Attend
and participate in Community Mental Health and other funding
sources meetings. Ensure patients (including families,
paraprofessionals, caregivers, and funding sources) are satisfied
with services, including active problem-solving and resolution of
issues, timely reporting issues, and follow up to ensure
satisfactory resolution. Stay knowledgeable of funding sources
requirements and ensure PAC-Lansing is compliant. Participate in
employee recruitment, selection, and training with Human Resources.
Host staff meetings collaboratively with program supervisors and
management, including providing monthly ABA training for staff.
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other
meetings and seminars. Competencies Applied Behavior Analysis.

Supervisory Responsibility This position supervises and coordinates
with different departments related to clinic responsibilities, and
serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the clinic.
This position will provide direct supervision to clinical staff in
PAC-Lansing, including program supervisors, lead behavior
technicians, and registered behavior technicians. This position
will provide in-direct supervision to all other positions at
PAC-Lansing. Required Education and Experience Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certified. Masters' degree. Three to five
