Position SummaryOur home health agency is a CARF accredited agency that is hiring a home health registered nurse that is seeking a patient-centered care model of rehab nursing. #160;We work with patients of all ages to provide safe, quality care in a patient#8217;s home within the Lansing and surrounding areas. Our Nurses provide one to one care for rehab patients in the community setting.
