District Sales Managers serve as the local-level sales leadership
for all prescriber targets, overseeing the pull through of
representative selling efforts in accordance with strategic plans
and compliance, monitoring and driving sales goals, and coaching
Sales Representatives on critical selling skills of clinical
expertise and business acumen.
Drive district business by observing sales rep interactions with
key customers, providing them with individual coaching, feedback
and inspiration. Help reps continue to develop for success in
current role and for future growth. 70%
* Manage all Sales Rep activity in target district and coordinate
collaboration of prescriber-level selling efforts across a
two-sleeve sales model.
* Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics for the
district that are consistent with achieving regional and corporate
sales goals. Tailor selling approaches based on targets and
deployment structure for specific geographies, and align efforts
with Account Managers and account plans, where needed.
* Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders within the
Attract, motivate and retain district talent to achieve sales
goals. Ensure individual and district compliance with Eisai

Evaluate ongoing sales performance and work with Sales Management
to identify new growth opportunities. Partner with relevant cross
functional departments to provide market intelligence to develop
appropriate business strategies that support brand(s) objectives
Departments include but not limited to Marketing, HR, Sales
Training, Trade, Managed Markets, Sales Analytics. 15%
Drive company leased vehicle to meetings with health care providers
and other appropriate stakeholders and partners. When necessary,
travel overnight including within territory and to conferences,
training and sales meetings. As necessary.
Comply with all Eisai promotional and administrative policies and
applicable law. At all times.
* Bachelor s Degree required; advanced degree (MBA) preferred
* Minimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
* Minimum of 2-4 years pharmaceutical management experience
* Demonstrated ability to build successful teams through effective
* Demonstrated ability to coach advanced challenger sales model to
specialized sales force.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid

* Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong business
