This position will work varied hours Sat and Sun - 4am to 8am and
3pm to 7pm both days to cover both shifts with 8 hours of worked
time for each day. Possible for more hours during the week 3pm to
7pm, as needed to help nursing staff cover call in's after
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Staffing and scheduling for the Nursing Department for CENAs, RCTs
and PCENAs and other staff as directed. This includes replacing
call-ins. This position may also provide support to other
departments as directed. Must be able to multitask and be
flexible.**You will be required to job shadow and train.
Performs the following duties listed and others as required to
assure quality service in the administrative area. Works closely
with the Nursing Scheduler and Administrative team. This list does
not include all duties required but serves as a basis of
expectations. Duties and responsibilities may be added or modified
at any time.
Ability to comprehend instructions, organize time and complete
tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to adapt to frequent
changes in routine. Competent with personal computers, spreadsheet
software, standard office equipment (fax, copier, postage machine,
ten-key calculator, etc.), multi-line phone system, etc.
Experience: None required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability
to walk, climb stairs, push and/or pull equipment and residents as
needed. This position requires the ability to perform the essential
functions described. These functions are not limited to the above
