What You Will Need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Required Credential(s):

Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Michigan Board of Medicine obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentialing done by Medical Staff department.

Education:

Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Occupational Medicine

Ideal qualifications for the Occupational Health Physician include:
