Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry Float Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift, 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours for 3, 12-hour shifts Experience: 2 years preferred License: State license required by start date Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - EPIC charting experience - Travel experience - Telemetry experience - Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias experience Job Description: - Float to all adult acute care units, Med Surg, and Stepdown - Patient ratio of 1:4-6 - Work 3 weekends per 4-week schedule - Modules are non-billable and completed pre-start - Orientation includes 12 hours of training - Must have a high school diploma - Compliance documents due the Tuesday prior to the start - RTO must be submitted during the initial profile submission - Must wait 1 year before reapplying if previously employed Note: COVID-19 and Flu Vaccine requirements are not specified. Compliance with these will likely follow the facility's general health and safety protocols.
