Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry Float Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours for 3, 12-hour shifts Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred License: State license required (must be active by start date) Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: EPIC charting experience, travel experience, telemetry experience, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias experience Job Description: - Float to all adult acute care units, Med Surg, and Stepdown. - Work with patient ratios of 1:4-6. - Commit to working 3 weekends in a 4-week schedule. - Must submit RTO at the time of profile submission; RTO will not be approved after the contract is signed. - Open to accommodating block schedules; details to be determined. - Modules are non-billable and should be completed prior to starting. - Orientation will consist of 12 hours of non-billable training. - Complete pre-start modules which vary by specialty and are self-reported. - Ensure compliance documents are submitted by the designated due date.
