TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Lansing, Michigan, 48912! Pay Information $2,910 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years Required. License: Active State License Required Certifications: ACLS, BCLS by AHA, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NIH. Must-Have: Level I trauma experience required. Description: Clinical pass must be obtained prior to submission. Requested time off must be submitted at time of application. No additional requested time off will be approved later. Scheduled time off is blocked on specified dates. Traveler must be willing to work 2 of 3 major holidays. One holiday may be requested off, but specific dates must be chosen. Start date is as soon as possible. No on-call shifts are required. Travelers must work 3 weekends within a 4-week schedule. Floating to pediatric emergency department may be necessary. Required to have experience in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. Experience with EPIC charting is necessary. Unit is a Level 1 Trauma Center, Stroke Center, and Heart Center. High patient-to-nurse ratios are common, especially during peak times. Traveler must agree to work high patient ratios. Modules are not billable and should be accounted for. Preferred experience includes first-time travelers and procedural sedation administration. Communication and teamwork with various interdisciplinary support services are essential. Education level verification is required. Modules must be completed prior to working.
