Must-Have: - EPIC charting experience - Travel experience -
Telemetry experience - Experience in interpretation and management
of dysrhythmias Description: Contract must continue into January.
Earliest end date is January 3. Traveler may request one holiday
off. Local candidates accepted for one contract. Same pay for
locals. Travelers must be available for 2 of 3 major holidays,
including the day before and after. RTO needs to be submitted at
the time of profile and will not be approved after the contract is
signed. Certain dates are blocked for RTO requests. No block
scheduling available. Positions will float to all adult acute care
units, including medical-surgical and stepdown units. Patient
ratios are between 1:4-6. Modules are not billable; please allow
for 5 hours. Candidates will agree to work 3 weekends per 4-week
schedule. Travelers should have experience with patient ratios of
1:4-6. Responsibilities include managing pre-and post-operative
patients, including those with arrhythmias and vasoactive drips.
Specialties may include cardiac, oncology, orthopedic, trauma,
stroke, and various surgical procedures. Interdisciplinary support
is available, including physical therapy, respiratory services,
social services, and pharmacy. Additional unit information may
involve management of post-operative care and various patient
medical needs.
