Are you an experienced Board-Certified NP or PA ready to make an impact in a dynamic emergency department? Join our Level 3 ED team in Lansing, MI, working independently in a high-volume, fast track area ('VUE') with supportive attending physicians available 24/7. What You’ll Do: Manage patients independently in a 10-bed fast track within a bustling 50-bed ED (annual volume 40,150) Work 11a-11p shifts, 7 days a week, covering a critical APP role with no resident supervision requirements Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including attending physicians, residents, and hospital services Utilize Cerner EMR for streamlined documentation and patient care Provide care during peak times supported by a staggered provider schedule and multiple doctors on site What We Offer: Competitive pay rate of $140/hr Comprehensive malpractice coverage and mileage reimbursement, hotel covered Full support including 24-hour radiology, lab, blood bank, and surgical specialties Orientation paid A professional and fast credentialing process—clean background required Requirements: Board Certified NP or PA with a Michigan state license Minimum 2 years recent Emergency Department experience ACLS and ATLS certifications DEA Local Lansing, MI provider only Immunizations and health clearance per occupational health standards Ready to step into a rewarding ED role with great pay and full support?
