Pay Information $2,218 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level I trauma setting is required. License: Must hold an active state license. Certifications: - ACLS - BCLS by AHA - PALS - TNCC - NIH Must-Have: - Level I trauma experience - High patient ratios experience (1:5-6, potentially up to 8) - Ability to float to pediatric emergency department if necessary Description: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level I trauma center. Candidates must be willing to work three weekends per four-week schedule. Availability for two out of three major holidays is required. The workload may include high patient acuity and high patient ratios. Experience with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias is essential. Familiarity with EPIC charting system is preferred. The unit currently experiences high volumes, and staffing ratios can range from 1:4-6 during the day and 1:4-7 at night. The role involves working with a diverse patient population, including pediatrics and adults.
