Job Description:

Rehabilitation Hospital, Mary Free Bed at Home is an accredited

benchmarks throughout the West Michigan service area. This position
supports patients in Portland and surrounding areas and is eligible
for a $5,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment
of key achievements during your first year! With our continued

for compassionate nurses with: * RN license in the state you work *
Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing * One year of
RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality
patient care * Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20%
of your day driving to/from patient locations * A commitment to
consistently meet critical deadlines for charting * The skills
needed to self-manage your time and schedule * Demonstrated
