Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location:
Lansing, MI Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,014 per week Shift
Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP About the Position We’re seeking skilled ER RNs to
join a busy Level I Trauma Center, Stroke Center, and Pediatric
Emergency Department. This is a high-acuity unit with fast-paced
patient flow and critical care needs. Responsibilities: Provide
emergency and trauma care in a fast-paced, high-volume ER Assess,
triage, and stabilize patients across all acuity levels Manage
dysrhythmias, administer medications, and perform advanced
interventions Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary
teams for coordinated care Adapt to high ratios (1:5–6; up to 8
during peak/holiday surges) Requirements Active State RN License
Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NIH Experience:
Level I Trauma REQUIRED | 2 years ER (will consider 1.5 yrs with
strong skills) Skills: Dysrhythmia interpretation/management, EPIC
charting Must be willing to float (including Peds) Must work 3
weekends per 4 weeks and 2 of 3 major holidays Benefits • Medical &
