registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. An opportunity is available for an experienced
Registered Nurse with Medical-Surgical expertise to support patient
care within a dynamic hospital environment. This contract position
is based in Midland, TX, offering the chance to work in a Universal
Care Unit setting, providing critical support for overflow patients
and potentially floating within the hospital as needed. Key
Details: Work Schedule: Thursday through Saturday, nights only
(7:00 PM 7:00 AM), with a firm 2/2 start. Units: Universal Care
Unit with Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients. Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in nursing; travel nursing experience preferred.
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required.
Education: BSN not required. Responsibilities include delivering
high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment, adapting
quickly to various unit needs based on patient census, and
collaborating effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal
outcomes. Flexibility within the hospital setting and strong
clinical skills are essential to meet the demands of this role.
