Provide critical care to a diverse patient population in Intensive Care and Step-down units, delivering expert nursing services to adolescents through geriatrics. This contract opportunity in Sterling Heights, MI requires proficiency in managing a broad range of medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgical conditions within an Intermediate Intensive Care Unit setting. Key Responsibilities: Develop, coordinate, and deliver individualized care plans for critically ill patients. Monitor and manage complex patient conditions with precision and professionalism. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Supervise assigned healthcare personnel, including CNAs, SNAs, and LPNs. Maintain high standards of nursing practice and compliance with healthcare regulations. Desired Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with ICU experience. Strong clinical skills in critical care nursing. Experience caring for medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgical patients. Ability to lead and supervise support staff effectively.
