Responsibilities: - Deliver nursing care to critically ill patients
ranging from adolescent to geriatric in the ICU and Step-down Unit
- Manage care for a variety of diagnoses including medical,
surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgical cases - Maintain professional
nursing standards and provide leadership in care coordination -
Supervise CNAs, LPNs, and other healthcare support personnel as
assigned - Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to
optimize patient outcomes Qualifications and Experience: - Current
RN licensure with ICU experience - Strong clinical skills in
critical care nursing for diverse patient conditions - Ability to
supervise and provide guidance to nursing assistants and LPNs -
Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Commitment to
maintaining standards of professional nursing practice This
