Job Description Job Description Nursing degree, active
registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience
required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not
be considered. Provide skilled nursing care in a dynamic
medical-surgical unit with support from the Nurse Manager. This
contract position offers the opportunity to deliver
patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and
evaluating individualized nursing interventions in accordance with
established protocols. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive
patient assessments and accurately document findings in the medical
record. Develop and initiate tailored care plans based on patient
evaluations. Monitor patient responses and modify care plans as
necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Supervise and guide nursing
aides and team members in executing delegated aspects of patient
care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure
cohesive patient management. Adhere to all policies, procedures,
and clinical guidelines to maintain high-quality care standards.
Desired Qualifications: Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN)
licensure. Experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred. Strong
clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
Ability to lead and coordinate nursing care within a team
environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
