Current licensure by the state board of nursing Certifications:
BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Graduation from an accredited school of
nursing. - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Description: Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery
of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process
of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide,
delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients
and families. Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family
information to the healthcare team. Participates in finding
solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures
implementation of those solutions. Clinical knowledge and
analytical abilities are necessary to formulate effective nursing
care plans within the assigned unit. Ability to perform a wide
variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively
communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
Familiarity with cardiac progressive drips, dressing changes, and
