Job Description Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is partnering with a Dentist owned and led organization to find a Regional Operations Director for the regions of Indiana and Michigan. Residing in Michigan or Indiana is preferred but NOT required. This is a Full time, Permanent opportunity! Responsibilities of the Regional Operations Director: Collaborate with multiple dental offices to help develop and implement plans that meet revenue and budget objectives. Ensure that offices adhere to professional standards, state, and federal regulatory requirements Analyze financial trend data and balance operational costs to optimize efficiency and profitability Recruit, hire, and develop Practice Managers, plus front office staff. Provide coaching, conduct performance appraisals, and implement corrective actions when necessary and maintain open lines of communication with Office and Dental Leadership. Requirements for the Regional Operations Director: Minimum of 10 years of successful dental management experience with multiple locations, budgets, and P&L responsibilities Strong experience in identifying, selecting, developing, and retaining talent in a dental practice setting Open Dental Software or similar experience Compensation, Benefits, Schedule for the Regional Operations Director: Salary starting at $120,000 with a lucrative bonus offered! Extensive travel will be expected, likely 50%-75% of the time. Remote when not traveling Full benefits package PTO Schedule is Monday through Friday
