About the Position Job Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT
Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00) Hours per
Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years critical care experience
required. Experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) or
Emergency Department required. License: State license required
Certifications: - BCLS by AHA - ACLS - CRT Must-Have: - Pediatric
and Adult critical care experience - Experience with airway
management, medication administration, vent management, oxygen
therapy, pulmonary toileting, and nebulizer therapy - Proficient in
the interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs) Description: We
are seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to work in a dynamic
setting. The position involves providing respiratory care to a
diverse patient population, including neonatal, pediatric, and
adult patients. You will work every other weekend, with specific
shifts scheduled for Thursday through Sunday nights. Candidates
should have solid experience in both Pediatric and Adult critical
care settings. Responsibilities include administering therapies and
medications, managing ventilator settings, and performing
suctioning and pulmonary toileting procedures. Experience in
polysomnography and conducting sleep studies is beneficial.
Candidates must have the ability to collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams and adapt to the needs of the facility.
Knowledge of critical care protocols and procedures is essential
