registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. Provide expert nursing care in a dynamic step-down
unit within a Magnet-recognized, Level 1 Trauma hospital. This
contract position requires a skilled registered nurse to deliver
patient-centered care in an acute care environment renowned for
advanced clinical practices and teaching excellence. Location
Situated in the vibrant city of Lansing, MI, this facility offers a

options. Position Details - Schedule: Night shifts, 3 shifts per
week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) - Guaranteed hours ranging
from 36 to 48 hours per week based on shift length and count -
Block scheduling with some dates restricted for time off requests -
Float opportunities to various adult acute care units Key
Qualifications and Experience - Active state RN license required by
start date - Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in a step-down
or telemetry setting - Proficiency in EPIC electronic charting
system - Strong telemetry skills including dysrhythmia
interpretation and management - Previous travel nursing experience
Preferred Certifications/Skills - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS) - Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) - NIH Stroke Scale
(NIHSS) certification - Ventilator management and conscious
sedation expertise Responsibilities - Deliver comprehensive nursing
care to patients recovering from critical illness - Monitor cardiac
rhythms and intervene promptly as indicated - Collaborate
effectively with interdisciplinary teams - Maintain accurate and
timely documentation using EPIC - Adapt to floating assignments
