Job Description:
Centria Healthcare, a foremost leader in home-based healthcare,
is now seeking compassionate and dedicated Center-Based Behavior
Technicians to join our team. As a Center-Based Behavior Technician
at Centria Healthcare, you will provide direct support and
behavioral treatment to children with autism spectrum disorder
(ASD) within a clinical setting. This role requires active
engagement in learning and applying behavioral analysis techniques
to foster skill development and behavior modification. Our
therapeutic environment is structured to deliver high-quality,
personalized care allowing you to make a substantial impact on our
clients and their families. Implement behavioral intervention plans
as directed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts
(BCBA). Record and track patient behaviors and progress, adjusting
techniques as needed under supervision. Engage children in
activities and social interactions, fostering positive development.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to report observations and
make recommendations for further assessments. Ensure a safe and
supportive environment for patients to learn and grow. Educate
family members about the treatment plan and provide them with
support in managing behavioral challenges. Proficiency in behavior
analysis and intervention techniques. Excellent observational and
documentation skills. Strong communication skills for collaboration
with healthcare teams and families. Adaptability to meet the
individualized needs of each patient. Crisis intervention skills
when dealing with challenging behaviors. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Behavior
Technician (RBT) certification preferred but not required.
