Job Description Pediatric Endocrinology Opening – Kalamazoo, MI Full-Time | Hospital-Employed | Mostly OutpatientOverview: Kalamazoo, Michigan is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Endocrinologist to join a physician-led medical group and expanding pediatric subspecialty program. This is an excellent opportunity to meet a significant community need while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.Position Highlights: • Join a newly expanded pediatric endocrine clinic alongside 1 APP and dedicated clinical staff • Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of pediatric endocrine disorders, from common to complex • Strong collaboration with other pediatric subspecialists and primary care providers • Large referral base and strong demand within the region • Primarily outpatient, Monday–Friday, with limited inpatient consult responsibilities • Hospital-employed position within a respected children’s hospital • Shared call with other providers, supported by a robust triage system About the Children’s Hospital: • NACHRI-recognized children’s hospital with full pediatric subspecialty support • Pediatric services include Hem/Onc, GI, PICU, Surgery, Neurology, Urology, and more • Level III Perinatal Center • 34-bed Pediatric Unit • 45-bed NICU • 8-bed PICU 4-bed step-down unit Qualifications: • BE/BC Pediatric Endocrinologist (Fellowship trained) • Eligible for/holding a Michigan medical license • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, high-quality pediatric care Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary with annual quality incentives • Comprehensive benefits package • CME stipend • Sign-on bonus • Supportive, collaborative work environment
