Registered Nurse (RN) | Registered Nurse First Assistant Location: Lansing, MI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,086 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/21/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified RNFA RN in Lansing, Michigan, 48912! Job Title: RNFA - CV Surgery Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: RNFA Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 4x10 Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 17:30 Experience: 1 Year Preferred License: Active RN License Required Certifications: CRNFA Required Must-Have: Experience in endoscopic vein harvesting and radial artery harvesting. Ability to take on-call shifts. Description: Looking for an RNFA to assist in the OR. The unit performs Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular surgeries. Two cardiac thoracic surgeons and three vascular surgeons are on staff. Responsible for assisting in various surgical procedures. Call rotation is required, one night per week and one weekend per month. Experience in Acute Hospital OR is required. Atrial septal defect repair and coronary artery bypass graft knowledge is needed. Other skills include endovascular aneurysm repair, lung resection, and robotic assisted cases. Candidates must be willing to provide proof of education. Training in the Electronic Medical Record system is preferred.
