Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-oriented receptionist who will manage our front desk on a daily basis. A receptionist will act as a liaison, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best receptionists are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk with other people. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.A receptionist will also offer administrative support across the organization.Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the dealership
    • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
    • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone
      • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
      • Open the building for the day
      • Assist the Sales Team with: lease turn ins, stocking of inventory, and processing credit card transactions
      • Assist the Service Team with: receipt of cash transactions and tracking the use of gas cards
      • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
      • Take the extra mile to engage customersSkills
        • Demonstrated customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
        • Ability to track incoming calls
        • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
        • Familiarity with database entry
          • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
          • Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment
          • Excellent communication and presentation skills
          • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyStarting pay is $13.00 per hour, and can be adjusted based upon experience.Job Type: Part-timePay: From $13.00 per hourSchedule:
            • 10 hour shift
            • 8 hour shift
            • Day shift
            • Monday to Friday
            • Weekend availabilityEducation:
              • High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:
                • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
                • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
