THE OPPORTUNITY
You will administer all human resources related activities,
including: benefits, payroll, recruitment and policy
administration. You will also assist employees with human resources
related issues.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead recruiting efforts by providing support with screening
applications, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews,
preparing/extending job offers, tracking candidates, setting up
pre-employment screenings, etc.
Facilitate new hire orientation by partnering with other
departments to ensure new hires are receiving critical
information.
Manage associate systems and building access.
Maintain and update associate files.
Assist associates with basic questions regarding payroll, benefits,
schedules, policies, etc.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human
resources programs including but not limited to: disciplinary
actions, disputes and investigations, performance management and
training.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state and local employment
laws and regulations.
Assist in coordination of employee relations/engagement
activities.
Conduct employee investigations and bring to resolution.
Provide advice to managers on daily employee relations and
performance management issues.
Prepare and issue termination paperwork.
Support the business in implementing programs to help improve the
employee experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources required.
Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a human resources role.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience with SAP a plus.

Ability to perform duties with minimal direction.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Critical thinking skills and complex problem solving abilities.
Able to handle the stress of a fast-paced environment.
Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information.
