looking to build your own book of business with full support from
industry experts? HealthPlus Staffing is growing, and we’re looking
for an experienced Full-Desk Recruiter to join our team! This is a
fully remote, 100% commission-based role, offering one of the most
competitive commission structures in the industry . Our recruiters
average $120,000 annually , with unlimited earning potential. What
You'll Do: Source, recruit, and place Physicians, Advanced Practice
Providers, and/or Dentists in permanent positions nationwide Manage
the full desk: client development candidate recruitment Build and
maintain relationships with C-level healthcare decision-makers
Negotiate contracts and close deals Use CRM and recruiting tools to
manage workflow efficiently What We're Looking For: 1 years of
experience in a third-party recruiting agency Proven background in
healthcare recruiting (physicians, APPs, or dentistry preferred)
Full-time availability : Mon-Fri, 9AM–5PM EST Strong skills in
business development, cold calling, and contract negotiation
Comfortable working with ATS/CRM platforms and modern recruiting
tools Self-starter who thrives in a commission-only environment
