Required Skills
Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent.
2-3 years of programming experience with a good understanding of
data structures and API development.
2-3 years of experience developing chatbot and/or voicebot on
Dialogflow ES or similar platform.
Proficient in one or more object-oriented programming languages
(Java, Kotlyn, Python, C#, Golang, Dart, C/C++, Objective-C).
Good understanding of Google Cloud Platform(GCP).
Knowledge of best practices and experience configuring Intents,
Entities, Events, Context, Response Text/ SSML response and
fallbacks.
Collaborate with the design and business team to create optimum
training phrases.
Understanding of the Dialogflow environments, version control and
deployment processes.
Interest in innovative Call Center technologies.
Clear communication, documentation, and note-taking skills.
