the way the world communicates. Job Duties and
ResponsibilitiesManage performance across a territory of Boost
Mobile stores. Working and consulting with retail store owners on
their business and ensuring compliance at all store types
throughout the assigned territory. Manage projects and teams and
provide coaching and sales training to front line sales teams.
Building relationships throughout territory with external partners,
internal team and vendor partners to help drive performance.
Primary point of contact for questions and issues at retail stores.
Day-to-day job responsibilitiesVisit retail store locations and
provide coaching, training via role plays and side by side selling
with sales representativesInspecting and driving marketing
campaigns at retail storesMaking daily calls to stores to help
drive performanceReceiving calls as first point of contact to help
resolve customer escalationsMaintaining and driving accountability
of Boost brand standards in all stores in territory Using local
knowledge and real estate contacts to identify new retail points of
distributionCommunication with store owners driving their business
sales performance Implementing plans to exceed sales quota across
territoryMaintaining an expert level of product knowledge for all
Boost products and services Skills, Experience and RequirementsMust
adapt well to change and enjoy working in a fast paced sales
environment. Be available to quickly formulate and provide
solutions for escalations that arise during retail business hours.
Exhibit excellent time management skills and ability to balance
multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to provide sales and
marketing counseling to owners and sales representatives. Must
demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must
be able to work well individually and as a member of a team.
Specific qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license, three
years of active driving history, successfully completed driver's
safety training, and otherwise comply with DISH's Driver Safety
Policy and guidelines.Bachelor's degree and four years related work
experience or eight years related work experience post high
schoolFour years sales and/or account management experienceThree
years training, relationship development, planning or business
managementOne year selling wireless products or servicesContract or
vendor relationship experience Salary RangeCompensation:
$50,000.00/Year - $60,000.00/Year BenefitsPotential Total
Compensation, Commission Plus Base: $70,000 - $80,000 This position
has commission potential of an additional $20,000 above annual base
