Looking for Coordinator role / Administrator Role All Cities, Michigan Experis, a ManpowerGroup company, has an exciting contract opportunity Coordinator role / Administrator Role.This position is 12+ months, W2 for one of our key clients, a Leading American Multinational IT Company.JOB DESCRIPTION: - Role: Coordinator role / Administrator Role Location: All Cities, Michigan Duration: 12 months (W2 Contract) Primary Function:

  • Provide project management support for customer accounts to include account setup, verification, and reconciliation, remote delivery coordination, data entry for project control system, and support for design mapping. Responsibilities:
    • Provide asset management support for devices placed at customer site
    • Track and reconcile customer account information and system communication issues
    • Supports the coordination of hardware order, delivery, and installation process for device placement
    • Act as point of contact for customer account and device information
    • Assist in end user training
    • Create work order documentation
    • Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate to finalize change order process
    • Maintain electronic files created throughout change order process
    • Create PowerPoint presentations for management
    • Perform ad-hoc tasks for management Skill Set Requirements:
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
      • Associate degree or equivalent experience
      • 3 to 5 years of experience in providing project, process support and/or inventory management
      • Highly proficient in the use of software applications, primarily Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and InfoPath plus SharePoint Portals.
      • Ability to handle multiple tasks at various stages in a process
      • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
      • Good follow-through and problem resolution skills
      • Strong communication skill both written and orally
      • Strong customer skills and ability to consistently deliver a professional approach to working with customers
