Job Description:
Michigan Farm Bureau (MFB), Michigan's foremost farm
organization, seeks a dedicated IT Service Management Specialist to
join our IT team. This role is crucial for supporting our
technology infrastructure to ensure it aligns with the needs of our
organization's mission to support Michigan's agricultural
community. The ideal candidate will manage and enhance the service
lifecycle and ensure efficient service delivery that meets the
needs of our members. Manage the IT Service Management processes
according to ITIL standards. Develop and implement strategies for
service improvements across IT services. Coordinate with IT and
business units to ensure services meet end-user needs. Monitor IT
service performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to assess
outcomes and forecast needs. Troubleshoot complex issues across
various technologies within the IT landscape. Implement and manage
service delivery processes including incident, problem, change, and
configuration management. Ensure compliance with security protocols
and data protection standards. Strong understanding of ITIL
framework and SDLC. Proficiency in service management software
tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure. Strong
communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of current IT
technologies and infrastructure. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k ITIL Certification (Foundation or higher
preferred). Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or similar
could be advantageous.
