Job Description:
Join Michigan Farm Bureau (MFB), Michigans premier farm
organization, as we continue to advance the economic and social
interests of our members. We are seeking a dedicated Associate
Application Support System Administrator to enhance our IT
capabilities. In this key role, you will support our diverse range
of applications and systems, ensuring operational proficiency and
security to assist our members better. Monitor and maintain
application systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability
and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve support issues related to
application environments. Perform regular system updates and
participate in the planning and implementation of application
rollouts. Ensure strict adherence to security guidelines and
compliance with data protection regulations. Collaborate with
development teams and database administrators to optimize system
performance. Document all technical procedures and user guides for
internal teams and end-users. Proven knowledge of Windows/Linux
server environments. Experience with SQL and relational database
management. Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell
or Bash. Understanding of network basics, including DHCP, DNS, and
TCP/IP. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Microsoft
Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or similar certification
preferred. CompTIA Security or equivalent security certification is
advantageous.
