Counsel for CURE Auto Insurance is seeking an experienced Senior
Trial Attorney with 5 years of trial experience preferably in No
Fault litigation. This experience should include negotiation
proficiency and experience successfully trying cases. Leadership

Responsible for handling litigation files from inception, through
the entire discovery process, to the conclusion of the file. This
will mandate service of pleadings, written discovery, retainment of
experts, attendance at depositions, attendance at court and other
hearings, and preparation of file for trial. Successful candidate
will also be responsible for taking to trial cases handled by
others and assigned to the successful candidate for purposes of
trial Responsible for communicating the status of the file
regularly to claims Possess excellent academic credentials,
outstanding written and oral advocacy skills, and strong
software/technological skills including competency in Word,
Outlook, Google, and Westlaw. Ideal candidates will be well
organized, detail oriented, have strong advocacy skills, and able
to independently manage a caseload where work is time sensitive
Qualifications 5 years of experience handling No Fault Litigation
from inception to conclusion Knowledge of local and state discovery
rules, trial procedures, and applicable substantive law
commensurate with level of experience Ability to take full
responsibility for files and handle a modified caseload while also
trying cases Proven track record of trial skills and techniques
Strong negotiation, research, and trial skills Ability to work in a
team environment with other attorneys, adjusters, claims
professionals, and support staff Must have a law degree from an
A.B.A. accredited law school and excellent academic credential
Ability to work in a team environment with other attorneys,
adjusters, claims professionals, and support staff Must have an
active law license to practice in Michigan and a member in good

Starting Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 Schedule: We offer flexible
work hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with options like 8–4,
8:30–4:30, or 9–5. We do our best to support individual
preferences, though schedules may be adjusted as needed to ensure
strong coverage and teamwork. We also offer a hybrid schedule: team
members work onsite four days a week and can work remotely one day
