Staff Counsel for CURE Auto Insurance is seeking an experienced Senior Trial Attorney with 5 years of trial experience preferably in No Fault litigation. This experience should include negotiation proficiency and experience successfully trying cases. Leadership potential is available as we continue to expand. Responsible for handling litigation files from inception, through the entire discovery process, to the conclusion of the file. This will mandate service of pleadings, written discovery, retainment of experts, attendance at depositions, attendance at court and other hearings, and preparation of file for trial. Successful candidate will also be responsible for taking to trial cases handled by others and assigned to the successful candidate for purposes of trial Responsible for communicating the status of the file regularly to claims Possess excellent academic credentials, outstanding written and oral advocacy skills, and strong software/technological skills including competency in Word, Outlook, Google, and Westlaw. Starting Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 Schedule: We offer flexible work hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with options like 8–4, 8:30–4:30, or 9–5. We do our best to support individual preferences, though schedules may be adjusted as needed to ensure strong coverage and teamwork. We also offer a hybrid schedule: team members work onsite four days a week and can work remotely one day a week.
