Job Description:

non-hazardous solid waste and recycling industry, recognized by its
signature blue trucks. We are currently seeking a dedicated CDL
Driver who will operate our vehicles in alignment with company
policies and standards, ensuring safe and timely collection,
transferring, disposal, and recycling of solid waste materials.
This role is pivotal in maintaining community cleanliness and
environmental sustainability through efficient waste management
services. Operate garbage trucks and other waste management
vehicles safely. Complete routes daily, collecting waste and
recyclables from customers. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip
vehicle inspections. Interact professionally with customers and the
public on routes. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle. Report any issues or
incidents to management promptly. Safe driving abilities with heavy
vehicles. Knowledge of waste management systems. Good physical
condition to handle manual tasks. Excellent navigation skills to
complete routes efficiently. Ability to follow safety guidelines.
Strong communication and customer service skills. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A
or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Clean driving record. DOT
medical card.
