We are seeking an Electrical Lighting General Manager to become an integral part of our team! The Electrical Lighting General Manager is the primary contact and will oversee all staff, budgets and operations for all locations. This position will report directly to the President of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a great team

• Oversee all day-to-day operations

• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

• P/L responsibilities

• Develop and create contacts for strategy teams/subcontractors

• Revenue projections and working with sales team

• Ensure employees are productive and professional

• Creating weekly reports and schedules

• Conduct analysis of workforce needs

• Properly calculate WIP and costs

• Assess and modify existing processes and systems

• Troubleshoot internal or external issues with clients

• Track project timelines to complete tasks on schedule

Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of previous experience as a General Manager in the lighting industry or similar related field highly preferred

• Planning and budgeting experience for short-term and long-term projects

• Experience in creating Requests for Proposals for National and Regional Lighting roll-outs

• Familiarity with electrical lighting industry

• Must have knowledge of business functions / office administration experience

• Excellent people skills

• Strong analytical ability

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Outstanding organizational skills
